📄 NuSkills Terms and Conditions – Training Services


These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of NuSkills training programs, workshops, and digital learning services (“Services”). By registering, purchasing, or participating in any NuSkills offering, you agree to the following terms.

🔁 Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Participant

•  Cancellations must be submitted in writing to support@nuskills.org at least 7 calendar days prior to the scheduled training start date.

•  Cancellations made within this window are eligible for a 50% refund, but are eligible for rescheduling or full credit toward future sessions.

•  Cancellations received less than 7 days before the training start date are non-refundable, but may be eligible for rescheduling or credit toward future sessions.

2. Cancellation by NuSkills

•  NuSkills reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training due to unforeseen circumstances or low participation rates. Typically courses with less than 10 participants will be rescheduled to ensure integrity with the learning experience.

•  In such cases, participants will be offered the option to reschedule for the same or different topic in a future session. No refunds will be allowed.

📦 Training Quality & Outcomes

NuSkills is committed to delivering high-quality, professionally designed training experiences. However:

•  No guarantee is made that participation in training will result in specific performance outcomes, promotions, or business results.

•  Training content is designed for general educational purposes and may not reflect the unique needs or legal requirements of every organization or jurisdiction.

•  Participants are responsible for applying training insights appropriately within their own professional context.

⚖️ Limitation of Liability

NuSkills, its affiliates, trainers, and partners shall not be liable for:

•  Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of training materials.

•  Legal claims, employee complaints, or litigation resulting from the implementation of training content or strategies.

•  Loss of business, revenue, or reputation due to reliance on training outcomes.

All training is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
